What to Do with Your Pumpkins



Halloween is over but it’s still Fall and you can still use your pumpkins through Thanksgiving, or at least until they start to smell! Here are some ways to use your pumpkins in versatile ways to keep them looking good for a little while longer.



PUMPKIN VASES

Create cute flower vases from your pumpkin.

What You’ll Need:

· Medium Pumpkin

· Scissors

· Cup or round object

· Flowers

· Pencil or Marker

· Sharp Knife


How to:

· Stencil a circle on to the top of the pumpkin.

· Cut out the circle with the knife and scoop out the pumpkin seeds.

· Add a cup full of water

· Add flower arrangement to the hole in the pumpkin



 

PUMPKIN CANDLE VOTIVES

Create adorable fall votives from your candles

What You’ll Need:

· Small Pumpkin

· Tea Light Candles

· Pencil or Marker

· Sharp Knife


How to:

· Trace the round shape of the candle votive on to the top of the pumpkin.

· Cut out the circle with the knife and scoop out the pumpkin seeds.

· Add votive into the cut hole in the pumpkin



 

PUMPKIN PLACE SETTINGS

Create quick and easy place settings

What You’ll Need:

· Small Pumpkin

· Pen, Pencil or Marker

· Name Tag

· Ribbon or Twine

· Scissors


How to:

· Write guest’s name on name tag.

· Tie name tag onto pumpkin stem.

· Cut off excess ribbon.

· Place pumpkin on place setting.
