January 2026 Mood Board

Goodbye 2025 and hello 2026! We're welcoming in a new year with fresh inspiration for your gifts! After the holidays are over and we've put away the tree, packed up the ornaments and stored all our decorations, we're excited for a fresh start to the new year.

For me that fresh start includes a new look at gift wrapping. The red and green gift wrap and ribbon of Christmas morning is being put away for a while and we'll lean into a refreshing color palette.

I'm looking to warm whites and crisp creams this month for wrapping up January birthday presents. I'll add in glamourous golds to bring that touch of celebration to the gift while using toasty neutrals to create a cozy feeling with this month's gifts.

Creating a mood board for the upcoming season helps me keep my wrapping ideas new, exciting and different. It also keeps me excited to give thoughtfully after a season known for an abundance of presents and helps fight the gift-fatigue that could come on in January. I want to make sure that these January gift giving occasions still get my best!
